Shipping policy for Hannex
1, Shipping services offered: Regular
2, Please allow 3 business days from date of order, for your product to ship.
3, Items will be shipped via the following carrier: UPS,Canada Post
4, Hannex does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Return policy for Hannex
1, Returns period:
Request to return products must be made within 14 days of delivery to customer.
2, items in the following condition can be returned:
Defective/Damaged/Incorrect
Unopened box
Opened box & unused with original packaging included
3, Shipping charges:
Hannex will be responsible for all shipping costs when product is defective/damaged/incorrect.
For all other cases, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
**e.g. if customer rejects product delivery due to changed mind, and original ship charge paid by customer was $10, then $20 will be deducted from refund to cover cost of shipping both out and back.
4, Following information must be included in ‘return request’ message to Hannex.
- Product SKU & description
- Number of items to be returned
- Date product was received by customer
- Condition of product
- Condition of packaging
- Reason for return
5, Following documents must be included in returned package:
- Return Authorization Number (RA) supplied by Hannex.
- Original packaging
- Original lables/tags
- Any product accessories/Manuals/Warranty Cards
6, Refund process
Hannex will process refund within 4 days of receipt of product.
**Customer is advised to send message with return tracking number once product has been sent to us.
